Good quality and nice taste
I like the taste, package is easy to open and use while cycling. Feels rehydrated and energized after a little while.

These Isotonic Energy Gels work really well!
These are great! Both myself and my daughter play netball (my daughter to a high standard) and these work really well. We always take one before a netball match or a few if playing a tournament all day and you do notice a difference.

Have used these for runs many times over and replenishing my stock. Expiration date seems close though (Nov2020) for a July purchase. Not too affected by it, just curious how long gels do last for and how I would finish them off.
