It works! Purchased one case first just to make sure I liked it and it actually works as they promised. I now have purchase several cases so I may start another extended fast. This beverage makes a difference and it helps to extend my fasting, if desired. The taste is delicious and refreshing. I felt alert and noticed I was desiring to drink one first thing in the morning. I’m now able to have a manageable day with my work and fast at the same time. I’ve currently tried the “Still Lemon “ and waiting for their other flavor and carbonation ones to arrive. It’s nice to have a variety of options. So yes, I highly recommend!

This drink is the perfect start to my day. Not only is it 0 calories and refreshing, if I am fasting it won’t break my fast but will give me a 30mg (1/4 cup of coffee) of clean, non-jittery caffeine boost. I now make this part of my daily routine whether I am fasting or not because it is DELICIOUS!

I really enjoyed the "Still" version as I am not a fan of carbonated beverages. However, on the second order I purchased, 2 of the cans came punctured and a mess inside the box. But, the "Still" version this time has a carbonated taste and hardly any lemon taste. I won't purchase again - pretty disappointed as I really liked the first round.

I have a few keto drinks that I rotate and wanted a new flavor. These taste like a watered-down version of Vitamin Water. I add grape water drops to the purple variety and peach to the yellow. Sometimes a little monk fruit. (Otherwise, they are a little bland/acidic for my taste.) Spruced up a bit they taste pretty good. Have repurchased several times.

These would be ok if they had a little more taste.

Absolutely love this flavor! I was pretty skeptical at first because lemon flavor can be hit or miss but the quality is spectacular. I haven’t really noticed not wanting to eat when drinking them, but they’re a nice water replacement for a great price

These taste terrible. I have to add it to Sprite Zero to choke it down. I’d throw it out but it was too expensive.

I received my order sooner than estimated. After refrigeration, I tried one. It was refreshing and a treat to help me stay on track with my OMAD plan. I also used it prepping for colonoscopy. It was very convenient and quite superior to Gatorade - YUCK! I will buy this again.
