Very realistic fire crackling sound
This is an amazing little thing! Sound is perfect, lots of comments from friends and family that it sounds so realistic. Goes really well with our electric fire which has a very realistic flame effect. Would highly recommend.

Awful instructions - no follow service
Brought the fireplace, surround and this. Very vague instructions, have contacted customer services a number of times by email and phone - no reply ! Stay away !!!!

Bought this before buying an electric flame effect fire,Wanted to try it out, it is good and compact, I gave it 4 stars as it a bit top end of the treble sound, so now I will order my fire next
