When I opened the box , it was protected very well. All the parts were there with instructions that are very easy to understand. I’m very impressed with the quality and fit. I feel it’s better quality that the original factory black stone lid. Fit couldn’t have been better. I am shocked how well the fit was. It has the exact same finish as original equipment. Very impressive! I would recommend everyone to purchase this lid for your 28” grill.

Easy to install. Fits well and works great

This grill cover for our Blackstone is a must have. Easy to assemble and protects our grill. I give it a two thumbs up. It's great for a grill without a hood.

Members Mark Griddle holes are too small to mount the lid directly to the griddle. I used the provided brackets and screws to attach the lid by removing the rear shelf hardware on both sides. This causes the shelves to sit at an angle and the lid does not fit perfectly in the front. You can work it in but it doesn’t close perfectly without a little wiggle. I plan to buy a 3/8” spacer and longer hardware to move the front side of the shelves out away from the griddle housing to even up the space from front to back as well as allowing the lid to close smoother. I will share some photos when it stops raining. The lid itself seems very durable, with a large handle and great value for the money. Some of these other lids on Amazon are outrageously priced.

the idea is good but the material is poor. Screw to hold on lid needed to be retreaded. Hinges the part that fastens to the back of the griddle are weak and do not keep the lid from falling forward. Will need to find a fix for that. Spend extra and get a quality product.

Very nice and easy to install.

Bought this for my 36" Blackstone Griddle. Did not fit as described. Had to shim out the front part and replace the bolts that came with it with longer ones. But once that was done it seemed to do the job. Instructions were not the best, and had extra brackets that who knows what they would of been for. All and all I would recommend having a second person to help and it is not that lite and long to hold by yourself.

This lid was super easy to install with no alterations required. It fits perfectly on the 36"w grill and will add extra protection during the winter months.

Reason I'd didn't give 5 stars is the pins ate too short. Easily replaced but still....

I should have read the reviews. Product arrived with rust on it like it was already used. When I decided to try and use it anyway, it didn’t fit nor was there a way to make it fit. My blackstone is 36” and this was Larger. I thought it might be able to work, but it won’t even open. The one information on this Product is completely inaccurate and should be taken down as a sell item. Such a hassle of time and return.
