I wish I could add more stars as I am so thrilled with the pillow for many reasons. I like a fairly thin pillow and the marvellous thing about this one is it has a zip so you can take out as much wool as you like to make it the perfect thickness for yourself. The pillow comes in a zipped bag so I was able to decant the wool I didn't need into it. I have more than enough to create another pillow and have bought some cotton pillow protectors with zips for the job. Having access to the filling means that if it does get a bit lumpy, it will be a very easy fix. There was absolutely no sign of any aroma ... just smelled fresh and clean and the cover was quality thick cotton. I had the best night's sleep in many a year last night and together with a bamboo pillow case, my face felt cool all night (I am a side sleeper). I absolutely recommend this pillow and a 100% British product, which is a rare thing nowadays!

I love this pillow - it's very comfortable - but once every 3months I have to empty it & by hand pull the wool apart - it takes about an hour but it removes all that bulked up knots & makes it very stuffed & ready for service again. I think I am alone in this - but I can't sleep on lumpy pillows! The thick cotton cover with a zip is well made & makes a sound start for the pillowcases. I've spent a fortune on various "orthopaedic" pillows and NOT one of them gives my body the support this does. I'm off to buy another one!

Comfortable and cozy. Feels good as soon as your head hits it and still good when you wake up. Quality of materials and manufacturing great. Ordering and delivery as promised.

Really lovely pillow. Although if you have a dog, you'll probably need to buy them one too. Wool smell isn't too strong and only needed a day of airing. I plan to rotate and flip it, to try and get round the issue of the wool condensing.

The pillow is great - plenty of wool (too much - but not a problem to remove). One problem - it was packed in a zipped polyester and clear plastic cover (PVC?), which had a strong chemical smell that remained in the pillow for a while. I would have sent it back but I needed the pillow and let it air.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks, so to early to judge how quickly it might flatten, but so far it’s been great. Even through the heatwave, the temperature regulation is noticeable. I walk up without a sweaty head and neck. I also have a wool duvet for the same reason and the combo really works temperature wise. It has a very strong odour upon opening, but I aired it outside and it was fine. I think it might be the plastic bag it came in. It would be better in a cotton bag, as this kind of product mainly appeals to those seeking natural alternatives to synthetics. Overall very good though, loads of wool stuffing which can be removed if you like to get the right height. Great for side sleepers when full, greatly reduces my neck and shoulder pain 🤩

The pillow comes generously filled up with fleece and is well made. It is easy to remove some if you find it higher than you want.The natural filling is great for giving gentle support and comfort. It has been very beneficial for my creaky neck and, unlike previous down pillows I’ve had, it maintains its shape and support through the night.

Was really hopeful for this pillow. The first month was lovely and comfortable. Then I noticed it felt bumpy. I opened the zip to try and break up the wool which worked on the first occasion. I’ve now given up trying to shake or break up the filling. It compresses into lumps and I would need to spend a long time trying to break them up to stop the lumpiness now
