how long should it take to see results if worn daily?

I started to see slight results after the first couple hours. It become really noticeable after about three days.

I don't know how I can adjust the heel strap, can someone teach me?

How to use the white strap in the box?

Dear customer, the white strap is a heel strap used to prevent bunion corrector from slipping. Usage Method: Attach one side of the heel strap to the surface of the foot strap, then pass the other side through the small hole and stick it with Velcro. This is the reference video.

What do I need to do to get the bunion plate angle back to normal? I've adjusted too much.
