This really is a good product. I've tired a couple others and this one works the best 'for me (we're all different, it may or may not work the best for you). The price point is excellent - and have to tell you that I absolutely, positively sleep like a big fat baby when I take this. Sometimes I forget and when I do I don't sleep as well. Highly recommend.

Kind of like a mint flavored water. If you're looking for a mint type flavored water that does absolutely nothing and doesn't benefit you in any way at all, this is for you. I took this when I felt an upper respiratory infection coming on and it did nothing. Took it the entire time I was sick, it made no difference. And of course, there are NO returns so the company can rip people off with this snake oil and take your money and run.
