Only product that has worked!
I had stubborn pimple under my skin on my face. It looked like a nipple growing. It was there for over 1 year. It was so stubborn that it felt like a small ball under my skin. I started putting this stuff on every night. I put enough product to cover the pimple and go to bed. The next day it went down a bit. I did it every night after few days it went away. I leave it on over night. As soon as i see one coming I put this one..It works!

Do not recommend
Different than normal spot treatments- it is pink and thick. I applied it only in two spots (smaller than eraser) on my clean face. Less than two hours later my chin and cheeks broke out in a rash that has been here for 3 days. It feels like a bad sunburn. After washing my face, shower, etc. Even the touch of my finger to my face stings.I have somewhat sensitive skin and cannot recommend this product.

Nothing Happened- Thick Clay Like Texture, Doesn’t Blend With Skin
Unfortunately, I’m not really a fan of this EVE LOM Dynaspot product. It just didn’t work out for me.-Small 0.3 oz tube which is fine since it is a spot treatment and you really don’t need much at all it seems-They claim it is a skin tone tint, but that wasn’t true in my case. It is like a super light pale pink that basically looks white on application. I have a slightly tan olive skin tone and this is very noticeable unless you blend in more, and even then it is still obviously there. It also seems like the type of product that you should leave a thicker layer on to dry rather than rub in, but the company doesn’t really specify either way-Very thick which is fine. It reminds me of a thick clay mask consistency that you spot on and leave in a thicker layer to dry-Due to the noticeable application, I have been using at night though it is possible that makeup may cover it well if you apply a thinner layer and blend. I personally will stick to trying to use at night-Has salicylic acid, but they don’t list the percentage that I could see and it is towards the end of the list-Isopropyl alcohol is the 3rd listed ingredient if that is something that bothers you-I saw a couple reviewers complaining about the smell though I don’t really recall smelling much. It didn’t bother me at all and I’m typically botherEd by strong scents. It doesn’t smell perfume like which is why I’m okay with it. I guess it kind of reminds me of a sulfur spot treatment I tried in the past, but I didn’t see that listed as an ingredientBottom line: I really had no major issue with using the product other than this- it just didn’t work for me. I saw no noticeable improvement whatsoever ever after using on some of the same spots for multiple days in a row. I have tried using this many times over the last month or two and it just hasn’t helped. It didn’t seem to hurt anything either, but I would expect some type of result for $34. I honestly don’t get an excessive amount of problem spots and blemishes, so I was pretty hopeful that I would notice an improvement like I have with some other products.Of course, everyone’s skin is different and some people may respond well to this product, so I don’t want to completely condemn it. I’ll keep trying to use this every once in awhile and I’ll be sure to update if I have any other comments to make.I hope my review was helpful in some way, and if so, I would love to know- thanks!

Effective for close dome acne
This Eve lone acne treatment is good for acne that hasn’t popped but is under the skin. It works well at reducing the acne but not completely treating it. I usually would use it before bed because it does leave a pink spot on the skin and can look very funny if you would go out to see people. I also like that it doesn't dry the skin like many acne spot treatments.

A different type of spot cream
This doesn't really work as a target spot cream and actually makes spots worse if you apply it just on the spot. At first I hated it and thought it was a waste of money but I found a way to use it that is really effective. On areas of redness and upcoming spots, apply liberally like a lotion or face mask around the entire area. It has an immediate cooling and soothing effect. Leave on for 30-40 mins and then wash off. The area that was red and spotty before should have cleared up.DO NOT use this under make-up or as a target cream to leave on all day. It contains talc and will just accumulate more bacteria in the area that is already sore and irritated. It is a bit like and old school calamine lotion.
