Eh..
Melatonin and I have a Love-Hate relationship... While this probably does work, I couldn't be the best judge. I can say a small portion of it did not put my dog to sleep so it just might be a hit or miss between brain chemistry, dosage, etc.

Speaking for myself I've built up a immunity to this product but it does work. It doesn't hit you right away like prescription drugs but you don't get addicted to it either. The chewable have a pleasant taste and you don't wake up groggy either.
