Absolutely perfect
Absolutly awesome. I've been dreaming about using one of these for a about 2 years. I just switched to the A74 and I have the MC-11 adapter to adapt my Sigma canon ef lenses to the sony body. I need to adjust the height of where the camera sits but that was not an issue with an Allen wrench. Absolutly awesome!

Majestic looking.
It has a very premium quality look and feel and it comes with all the necessary hardware for installation. Rotating the the camera from landscape to protrait has a very satisfying feel to it. It does a premium sounding click at every stop as well 👌

Model D has some issues
Works well in that it rotates the camera body and maintains composition. Purchased Model D to work with my Nikon D750 and was aware of the issues noted in the documentation. It worked with all my lenses - even those that stated it might not. However, had to position the ATOLL very carefully and it was still awkward to activate the lens release button. The device does interfere with the some of the lens switches but since I rarely touch them, it was no big deal. What was a big deal is that reviewers stated it worked with the Peak Design capture clip. Other models might, but the Model D does not - the extended base prevents use.

A Game Changer for Mirrorless Enthusiasts!
I recently got my hands on the Silence Corner Atoll C in Black and I must say, it has revolutionized my photography experience. The rotating collar is a game changer - allowing for lightning-fast orientation changes from vertical to horizontal, ensuring I never miss a shot. The ease of changing lenses is a breeze, saving me precious time on shoots. The universal tripod mounting is a welcome feature, making it compatible with my existing gear. What truly sets it apart, though, is its speed - it's noticeably faster than your standard L-bracket.The build quality is top-notch, providing a secure grip on my mirrorless camera. The black finish adds a sleek touch to my setup. This accessory is now an essential part of my kit, and I can't recommend it enough to fellow photographers. Kudos to Silence Corner for this fantastic addition to the photography world!

Pretty small ring
It has a 75mm size ring. Most of my rf lens won't fit. EF lens with the adapter fits but it should be slightly bigger . Where the screw goes in that attaches to the camera is small. Real headache getting the screw through the hole.

Timeserver
I was planning to buy new dedicated camera for shooting vertical content. ($800).Now with Atoll I can switch from horizontal to vertical mode within 2 seconds (so $650 saved). And my ball head is all the time over the tripod (no need to tilt it to the side). Also center of grafity of the lens/camera combo is moved to the front, which allows better stability. It is not that easy to release the lens if you use MC11. To work with MC11 you need to push Atoll all the way in, and then it's quite hard to release the lens from the body. But since I use it in the studio it's not a problem cause I always got a small screwdriver on the desk to push the release button. Might be annoying in the field. Although non-adapted lenses you do not need to push the Atoll all the way in, so release button is then reachable.

A bit of a disappointment...
The original one I ordered was the wrong size. I ordered the size C, the box was even labeled "Model C", but my lenses didn't fit. After reaching out to Silence Corner, they confirmed that it was indeed the wrong size. I was able to get it exchanged and hopefully it would be the right size. (It was)The replacement arrived, and it fit! I put it on per the instructions, my lenses fit and it rotated as it should. But here's where my disappointment set in.With the collar mounted properly, my hand BARELY fits between it and the grip of my camera. For reference, I use a Nikon Z6ii. When I have the collar set close to the body, my hand doesn't fit at all and I can't reach any of the Fn buttons. When I move the collar forward, my hand JUST squeezes past the collar, but it hurts. Maybe I just have big hands...I'm still giving it 2 stars since the product itself worked and functioned as it should. I was very much looking forward to using this product, but if I can't even hold my camera, what's the point?

Shooting video with stabilizer DJI RS3
I have been using this item for over a month now and have no complaints about its build quality. It works perfectly and performs its function excellently. I purchased it primarily for shooting video in portrait orientation from a stabilizer. I use a Sony a7iii camera, a Dji RS3 stabilizer, and Sony GM 12-35/Zeiss 1.4-50 lenses for this purpose. With both lenses, the Pitch (Tilt) axis is constantly overloaded. I cannot achieve proper balance, and the camera constantly falls. However, I am still able to shoot for some time before the stabilizer's protection kicks in and it goes into sleep mode. Perhaps the DJI RS3 Pro version with stronger motors will handle this better. I have no disappointments about the purchase and would like to emphasize again that the product's quality is excellent.
