Great product.
If you are looking for a Probiotic and Prebiotic, you may want to consider this one. I am extremely happy with this. When I ran out, I could definitely notice the difference and happily went back for another bottle. It helped with digestion so much and gave me the feeling that I could eat more. It is difficult to preview these items because what works for one may not work for others. I can tell you, after trying many, this is the one that worked for me. Consider trying it.
