Easy to use , fixed to tap , needs batteries AAA , worked first time . No leaks and has been working a few days with no problems. It is a pleasure to have an electrical item that is clearly labelled and straightforward to use . Set time , set start time, how long and then how often.

Using this with 30m of seep hose, gave us the confidence to leave our raised bed vegetables for a long weekend while there was a heatwave. The clear dial was very clear for use. Set it up quickly. It screwed nicely to the outdoor tap. I did have to use the provided PTFE tape and a plumbers wrench to get a perfect seal. Recommended

Unit failed after 11 months usage
Worked well initially but unit failed after around 11 months (valve power issue confirmed by support). Unwilling to replace unit and it was reported 2 days outside 12 month warranty. Offered 50% refund. Avoid.

Very simple connections, easy to programme, provides three separate, controllable feeds for my watering systems. Has useful facility to enable you to water at any without affecting the programmed settings.
