My last Seiko 5 ran fast, really fast, like 30 minutes/ day fast. Does this movement have similar issues?

Is this watch made in japan. JDM?

The ones we sale are made in Japan we are a true Seiko USA dealer with us we send an invoice from our store so you can register your watch with Seiko for the 3 year warranty.

Does it come with a booklet and a manual in the box?

Seiko does not include the manual any more you can download it or call Seiko and request one, by the end of the year the Warranty card will not be in the box.

How does one set the GMT hand to a 2.5 hour difference?
