I installed this over a year ago, still looks good and it is working fine. No problems at all and that's with continuous use. I have hard water so I would recommend a little simple preventative maintenance, especially if you need to change out the cartridge at a later date. ( Just remove /unscrew main handle and Allen screw underneath. Grease both and replace. Saves calcium build up and having to wait for antical to work, especially if you have a plumber on the meter. Haha).It's fitted onto a quality stainless steel double sink, so installation was simple. tap onto sink then sink into granite worktop.

This is my second purchase of this faucet. These types of tap range from around £50 - £350 so, I didn't expect much from this product. Both purchases were well packaged and delivered on time. I am replacing the first faucet as it is now dripping from the tap and the rubber nozzles on the shower head have crystallized and no longer give an even spray.Considering how much I paid for it, three years of trouble free service is acceptable. You only get what you pay for.

This looks amazing in my kitchen but it loosens off too much and when moving one part of it the whole thing moves my husband has got to keep tightening it up but apart from that my family and myself absolutely love it. It’s a pity it’s not more sturdy as it’s so annoying that at least every week it’s got to be tightened or adjusted, hence why I only gave it 3 stars

Beautiful in appearance and quite tall, attracts positive attention from families/friends. Only thing is I had to end up buying a new sink that can support the weight of this tap as my stainless steel sink was too thin and it was warping under the weight of this tap. I purchased a composite granite sink and it looks beautiful with this tap, so pleased. Well deserve 5 stars but I took off 1 star because the spray nozzle doesn't always stay in the supporting arm, it's just me being a perfectionist.

This was my first time installing a new kitchen tap, it's not too complicated, very much lefty loosy righty tighty. Anyway, Installation was pretty straight forward, the fittings included are of a good quality and the unit itself seems pretty good quality.The problems are;The thing wobbles when attached to a metal sink, despite having tightened it to within an inch of it's life. It probably could've done with a washer or brace to help spread the weight of the tap further so I don't feel as though i'm going to pull it off every time I use it.The main valve doesn't stop water back flowing, so you either have to have no mixer tap function, or reduce your cold water pressure to match your hot water.The included pipes to attach to your supply want to kink really easily, not a huge problem but just something to be aware of.Edited: The spray attachment now leaks water at pressure soaking the user. Cant repair cause of how its made. Failed just outside of the return window.

When I saw this sink tap I wanted to replace it immediately. I've been looking for this faucet for a long time, and I'm glad to find it, cheaper than Ikea’s and more stylish, tall appearance, can stretch back and forth function is fab that’s bast part I like. The polished surface looks elegant and the bright silver color easy to clean, to set on my kitchen tap looks gorgeous.The only problem is that it's not very easy to install. I've tried many times and failed, not good at plum work, need to wait for the plumber to finish the job. Overall we all like it!

Cracking tap and i was suprised how powerfull the sprayer is, but it is very top heavy and it felt like it was going to fall due to the sink so had to return.
