I swear it is brand new!!!!
Immensely impressed with this laptop. Cannot find a mark on it.....even smells brand new. Graphics/colour are awesome (as I have come to expect from Lenovo), extremely fast, positive keys and touch pad. Large memory. The specs on this are amazing anyway but to get it for this price when I cannot differentiate from new has blown me away. Highly recommended....do not hesitate!!!

It runs so slow
It would be good value for money if it wasn't so slow, the battery life it appalling it even drain n s down when it's not switched on, it appears to be a quality build but I gave up using it and went back to my phone , I honestly could not recommend it even for the low price.

Good Laptop shocking battery
The laptop itself is good however it does not come with an internal battery and the removable battery only lasts 15 mins from full charge which for a laptop defeats the whole point. I’ve been forced to purchase a new battery for £50 in hope it’s better, but at this point I might as well have purchased a new laptop…

Laptop came with battery issue
Laptop came with battery issue....laptop was not charging and displayed error message' No battery detected'. Wondering if seller ever tested the laptop working before delivery ???

Faulty Product
Only owned for a few months and product is being returned. Errors constantly caused the laptop to reboot itself before finally no longer switching on. Previous reconditioned laptop I owned lasted several years so very disappointing

Very good value for the money
When my laptop arrived it was really speedy to set up, although with Microsoft being Microsoft I had difficulty in setting up my Gmail account, but finally got there. The one issue for me was once I had it set up there was a digital notice on the screen (pics 1 & 2) which I couldn't get rid of. Looked through all the paperwork, searched YouTube etc, but to no avail. I had someone look into it and he was stumped also - then I thought to change the picture (pic 3) - and voila! - that's what it is. See pics. It is a background picture. So don't scratch your head, change your background. I am now having a really easy time and very happy with my 'new-to-me' laptop! Would have been handy for this instruction to be included in the instructions.
