but it works like a champ. The thermostat is accurate as is the timer. The plug is sturdy - screws into the back and it's never gotten loose. Takes about 30 minutes to warm a full allotment of stones to 150 degrees. Been using it several months and haven't had any issues. It is portable, convenient and reliable.

I first bought that $150 one we all see on Amazon, it arrived not working and it was so cheap. I returned it and bought this one. The hard case one, and it's absolutely beautiful. THIS is the one that should be $150. You can tell they spent a lot of thought and effort in making sure that quality was well done, and it worked. It looks very high end and I'm very picky. Well done!!!

I would highly recommend this product for either an office or mobile business! The stones heat up in 10-15 minutes and hold heat for a long time. I’ve used them a handful of times now, and everyone has loved them. They are a game changer. Not needing water is a huge plus. The stones that came with the set are smooth and convenient sizes. There was enough room to add more stones from another set, so now I have the ultimate set that I can bring anywhere. I bought the metal case, which is lightweight, durable, and easy to clean, inside and out. The price was phenomenal in my opinion. I am so happy I bought this.

I really love the shape of the stones, in my previous sets they were natural, which is nice but difficult to clean. These rocks I can clean easy, and the case is super sturdy, heats up really fast. I had other cases prior to this one, and I am really impressed on how much better they got. Also the digital display helps getting the right temperature, without guessing. Really worth it! Beautiful set too.

Really love these hot Stone cases.However the inside of the case materials were not properly packed very flopping around and loose damaging the top of the case with dents

Im a licensed massage therapist. The stone warmer and the stones themselves are awesome! They took 15 minutes to heat up, and I set the temp to 135, which was the perfect temp to use the stones immediately without waiting for them to cool down. I’m sure they’d be even better with the temp set higher even. Maybe because I didn’t have the temp set to the highest it could go, but they did cool down pretty quickly while using. I’ll have to try the highest temp setting to test that out. But they do reheat quickly which is great while you’re using during a massage. I would recommend.

Compré este calentador de piedras porque no quería tener que calentarlas en una olla con agua. Las ollas con agua son muy complicadas y el espacio que tengo para los masajes es reducido. Por eso, elegí este kit de calentador, ¡que es perfecto! Hice el pedido a través de Amazon UK para recibirlo en España y llegó rapidísimo. El único inconveniente es que tuve que comprar por separado un adaptador de enchufe porque los enchufes del Reino Unido son diferentes a los de España. Pero fue muy fácil encontrarlo y comprarlo en Amazon España... Las piedras son de basalto auténtico y se calientan en poco más de 20 minutos si se ponen a la temperatura máxima. Hay un temporizador para mantener la caja caliente durante 3 horas y un regulador de temperatura. Las piedras se mantienen calientes durante bastante tiempo incluso después de sacarlas de la caja (más tiempo del suficiente para un masaje). Hay que tener cuidado porque pueden calentarse demasiado y quemar la piel. Saca las piedras y comprueba si están demasiado calientes antes de colocarlas sobre la piel. Una vez calentadas, pon unas gotas de aceite vegetal sobre las piedras para que se hidraten y se mantengan en buen estado. Los masajes salen mejor si se aplica aceite vegetal tanto sobre la piel como sobre las piedras. ¡El kit funciona muy bien! Puedes dar masajes en la espalda, las piernas, los brazos... ¡Relajación total! ¡Me ha encantado! Lo recomiendo.
