1000mg-if you follow the instructions and take two tablets per day. I take medication for high blood pressure and the negative side to them are they remove all the potassium from my body. 
Been taking them for few months now and had numerous blood tests and nothing has been said about my potassium level. I haven't told my doc im taking them so i presume she thinks im doing ok.

How much elemental potassium is in this? I've just realised my potassium gluconate 595mg only has 99mg elemental potassium - it's in the small print!

The jar only says 2 capsules 1000mg potassium citrate 50% NVR.
However another brand says pure potassium citrate 1000mg (elemental potassium 360mg 18% NVR).
You may need to do some research to find the best amount to take. If you're taking other supplements check if they provide potassium.
