opened, dry, half empty.
received package and noticed the bag wasn't filled all the way, and then saw a red seal holding the tie up was ripped and it was re-closed shut with a zip tie. the hay itself is brown and dry and has a musty smell. I am so beyond disappointed that this was even allowed to be sent.
