Took it abroad as a gift. Didn't work out of box

This thing didn’t last two months. The motor failed very quickly. The parts don’t lock on to each other well either so it wiggles and shakes.

I want to get it repaired, it is not working please advise nearest service center,

Arrived defective. The chopper jar blade does not attach to the motor tool.

The blender head arrived differently; it's two separate pieces with gaps, it doesn't fit properly, it's not original, a disappointment.

Very good value for money! £19.99 with the accessories. The actual blender is solid, powerful. For soup it's easy to use, gives a strong tug though due to it's power. I initially thought the watts were low at 450 when looking, however upon further research Braun uses high quality internals with good torque, so when it comes against resistance it perseveres. Don't be conned by the 1000w marketing on other brands, there is more to it. Easy to clean, sturdy, good weight not light and flimsy. Can use for various foods.

Perfect blend and really quick. It’s a basic design but it works so efficiently. The items that accompany it work well too. Bargain! Makes life a lot easier.
