Item is good works great, I have one major concern which can be fixed easily by the company. Whenever a saved schedule or a countdown timer executes during the mentioned time and completes successfully we need to get a notification that task is completed or atleast the event needs to be recorded/saved/notified to the user upon successful completion in the app. And if not performed due to power outage it should say mention task did not perform. Very simple issue but very helpful and important. Request the company to add this small feature in the app update.

⭐ | Review: I got a few of these in my home and they work (sometimes). I use them with Alexa, and they cause issues frequently. ⚠️ | Issues I faced this issue- the plug sometimes automatically disconnects from WiFi or just shows itself offline, even when it is connected to WiFi. I have to use Bluetooth and restart the plug using Qubo app, which makes it annoying. Another issue with Qubo is that when your Mobile and Plug are connected to same Wifi, the plug sometimes may falsely appear offline in the app. However, when you switch to another network/ mobile data, the plug status turns back to online. ⭐ | Other Features: -Energy Consumption Monitoring -Countdown Turn Off -Routines 👎 | Edit after nearly 2 years of usage: [Rating changed from 4 stars to 2 stars] Product is durable and works for most of the time, only if you are able to pair it somehow with the app. Pairing the plug with the app is a pain. Even if you have a stable network, it won't connect with your network properly and go offline every now and then (falsely appears offline, even when having strong WiFi connectivity). The app has a poor interface, even basic English mentioned in the app is incorrect. Overall good hardware experience, but poor software experience ruins it everything. The "trust" of Hero group is used as a marketing strategy by Qubo, to trick customers into buying their products. I would rather recommend going for a Chinese Smart Plug, probably those Tuya smart devices, or Tapo Smart Plugs. Around nearly the same price (and sometimes even cheaper), they provide far better software experience. [Update after about 3.5 years of usage]: The Qubo app used for pairing this device doesn't open on some Android devices, making the product completely useless in case it needs to be set up again (either due to password change or the plug just acting up), there are hundreds of reviews on the Google Play Store mentioning the same. Hence, I have changed the rating from 2 stars to 1 star.

This wifi enabled smart plug arrived in good condition in its packaging. It was very easy to set up and use. It recognised and connected to home wifi without any problems. Entire setup process took about 5 minutes only. Though alexa compatibility is mentioned, I am not using it. It has been working for 3 months now and has no problems. I waited for 3 months , continuously using 2 of these smart plugs, before giving my review on the product. The associated Qubo app is user friendly. I am happy with the all-in-one app. The app also helps me to check power consumption of the connected device and also has a feature for scheduling on-off timings. I can remotely schedule the exhaust fan to switch on and off automatically everyday at a given time without having to do it manually each day. I am able to control exhaust fans and drive way lights in remote location through my mobile phone using this plug. The app also has a feature for checking trend of power consumption by the connected device in the form of a graph over a period of time. I would rate this smart plug 5 stars. Highly recommend it. Very good value for money. Update after a year of use: It is working well. I have bought 2 more plugs for remote control of various electrical appliances at home. Definitely happy with the product.

Smart plug in name, but very limited functionality. The build is excellent and pretty much compatible with Indian plugs. Now for Functionality Pro & cons- 1. Smart device controllable in their is good network management. so remote operations works somehow locally, but hit or miss for far off remote operation, 2. Schedule functionality works if there are 3-4 set interval more than that it doesn't works. 3. Integration with Alexa good for simple commands of switch on or off, but forget about commands like switch on for 2 mins. 4. The app, it is there and it works to some extent. But keep patient for sudden crashed and unwanted ads. I would say App is manageable comparing other rivals or similar products. These are my take after using the product for 3 months. Is it Value for money? for me No, But for someone who needs a basic smart plug, may be a yes. Would i buy it? "NO". Would i recommend it?, Yes for people looking for basic smart plug then yes.

Provided you have WiFi coverage, these smart switches are excellent - haven't had issues with them in over a year of usage, except for a few small things here and there (usually solved with a restart or reconnect)
