Quality supplement!
I started taking this at the recommendation of my Dr. I've only been taking it for a few weeks so I'm not sure how/if it's affected my blood work. I'm taking this and krill oil. I like that it has CoQ10 added in as this is helpful for cardiovascular health. It seems like it's doing fine, no side effects. Plus I really like and trust the Forest leaf brand. I have purchased a few items from them and the seem to be great quality!

Easy time swallow
Just started taking it 2 nites ago. They smell horrible but you can't taste it. Easy to swallow.. go back to doctor in 6 months and then I will know if it worked to lower my cholesterol. Not any side effects except makes your poop smelll really bad. Can't give it 5 star yet

CoQ10 Supplement for heart health!!! At the age of 63 I decided I am going to start taking necessary supplements for my body.. HOWEVER, #1 I HAVE FIRST TOTALLY CHANGED MY DIET AND HAVE CUT OUT FRIED FOOD 90% and I have cut sugars from my diet the same(I am prediabetic). I wish I did this earlier….. However, I was oblivious!!! I hope my review helps others to be more aware!!!
