If you enjoy spending money on things that don’t work, this is the key fob for you! I was excited to finally replace my old remote, but this thing has been nothing but disappointment wrapped in black plastic. Pros: ✅ It exists. That’s about it. Cons: ❌ Doesn’t Work at All: No matter how many times I programmed it (or how much I begged), this thing refused to function. It just sits there, mocking me. ❌ Instructions Are From Another Dimension: The setup process requires an advanced degree in ancient hieroglyphics. Even my mechanic was baffled. ❌ Feels Cheap: The plastic is flimsier than a gas station toy, and I’m pretty sure my dog could chew through it in seconds. ❌ Overpriced Paperweight: I paid for a remote and got a useless chunk of plastic. I could’ve taped my old remote to a rock and had better results. Final Verdict: If you’re looking for a way to waste time, money, and your sanity, this key fob delivers. Otherwise, avoid it like a pothole on a rainy night.

Should be easy to install if you know what youre doing.. took a few tries, accidentally reset all my working fobs a few times. Once i figured it out, i got my old oem fobs and new fob working. The new fob is a bit tough to press, so it was initially difficult and confusing to engage. I have to press the button a bit strongly. Red led may activate, but the red led activates by a soft press, i have to press even harder to actually activate the lock/unlock. Clicking distance might vary, so that may also be confusing, but it may be possible that the security system equipment itself is old. The fob addition process works as described, press the reset button (which was green, for me) on the rs3000 box, located underneath the driver seat. Then (strongly) press the top button (near led). They quit working after a few months. I’ve replaced the battery with hopes that it would work. This is the second one I had to return the first one I received for the same reason. I guess I will keep looking for a better one
