Good quality, long lasting
The color is a light hue in a warm environment and turns ²a dark hue in a cold environment. It seemed thick and the first time I applied it I used a pink color, I applied it too thick because I misunderstood the instructions for the tool to make the color look "wavy". For some reason, I thought that I needed a lot of coats and some of my nails had a 1/8 thick application, that was ugly, however, the color still looked good. I even had trouble taking my contacts because my nails were so thick. I also had a lot of air bubbles that got trapped between curing sessions and eventually they showed up as little holes in the polish when the polish eroded due to normal daily wear and tear and also some DIY construction projects that I had planned. The second time around with the purple that you see in the pictures, was a lot better. I used 2, maybe 3 coats maximum and I didn't leave as much nail polish on the brush when I applied to my nail. It's a thicker formula so you can stand to dab some off into the bottle before applying to your nails. I did two coats, cured in between and then I used the metal tool to put a design on my nails. I did one more light coat on top because the wand does leave a texture in the nail polish so the last coat was to fill the ridges in. I may be using too much force with the wand, not sure. However, the polish is really pretty and I prefer to have the design in my nail with a slight texture to my polish than to just wear the nail polish plain. I will use the neutral colors such as brown, green and grey this fall and winter and will continue to use the wand to make swirls and designs. The bottles are small. I thought the polish lasted a long time and it was as easy to take off as other gel polish brands that I have used. It also maintained a high shine. The gel manicure in the pics was about 2 weeks old.
