What a scam!!! The ad says 6-pk. This is a single bottle. What a rip off and bordering on misleading advertising. How do we get our $ back???

Pretty good overall. The flavor and aroma lean toward a buttery pound cake. I’ve used it in cakes and plain coffee creamer, where it added a nice bakery style flavor. It’s slightly thick and yellow, so it may affect the color of your final product. While the taste is somewhat subtle, the extract is concentrated and can overpower other flavors in more complex desserts. Best used when you want that buttery cake flavor to be the main profile.

Great flavor for our homemade cake batter ice cream! Used 1T in my batch that made a half gallon and the flavor was a good concentration. Price seems comparable to other extracts. Recommend for home bakers-would likely work well for cookies and cakes too!

Love This One you’d be amazed how you can deepen your flavor profile by just a couple of drops of this even where you don’t necessarily think of using it like I never use this to make a cake. I’m hoping that Amazon comes out with their own along with the other flavors that I get from them because McCormick just keeps getting more and more expensive.

I got this to make birthday cake flavored protein ice cream with the ninja creami. I used it with vanilla extract to get the right flavor and it turned out to be one of my husband's favorite flavors so far! Also you can slightly alter the cake taste by also using other extract flavors like a tiny amount of butter, almond or lemon depending on what exact flavor profile you want. If you're like me and you love protein ice creams but want different easy flavor options, a cake flavored extract is a necessity. The price is great but wish there was a larger bottle option
