Massive difference
Been using these for 3 months now and have found an amazing difference in my skin and hair is much healthier. They taste lovely I do now take these in the evening as I found that they do make me feel a little sickie but overall amazing product

Tasty and effective!
My nails started peeling, and after nearly eight months of using fancy nail treatments that didn't work, I thought I'd better look at a supplement. I am terrible at remembering to take medicines, so the idea of yet another pill didn't appeal to me. I've been on these for three months now (maybe four) and my nails have stopped peeling, which suggests that the vitamin content is sufficient. They also taste very much like yummy sweets, so they're the only vitamins that I'm motivated to take!

Pleasant tasting
I did quite a bit of research about preventing hair loss when on a VLC. These are a tasty and I hope will help to prevent hairloss which I previously had when on a VLC. They smell so nice that I am having to fend off a 3 yr old who thinks they are sweeties!

Hated the texture, not a fan of the flavour, didn't get more so I can't say if they were effective.

After finishing 1 bottle, i dont notice any difference. My hair still continues to break. Maybe it's a bit too soon to expect results, I'm unsure if i should order it again. The gummies are yummy, quite easy to take. Hence 2 stars.
