Where the raised padded part of the insole is, it's about 15mm thick. You can see the raised part on photo. The remaining part of the insole is only about 2-3mm thick. It maybe that when new they're a little bit thicker but I've had mine a couple of years so they've possibly squashed down a bit. They are good quality and work like a dream.

Q: I have recently had issues running and told by ortho I have an issue right foot metatarsal heads on toes 2,3 and 4. Will this insole work?

The insole has helped me to walk more comfortably but has not cured the soreness on my metatarsal head. Even so I am considering getting another pair of insoles so that I don't have to keep changing them into different shoes.

Q: Size 41 states that they are for men. Would they still fit a ladies size 41 shoe?

Yes if they are wide shoes or boots. I don't think they would fit inside a slim court shoe.

Q: Can they be cut to fit

Hi. Mine fitted perfectly after removing the original insole. Cutting could damage the shape and because these insoles have metatarsal support, the support might not be in the correct position. Better to try to get the correct size insole. The original insole can be removed from most shoes and trainers.
