This deserves a 100 stars! Great for stretching back muscles and much more! Lie on your back and simply place it under your back after a tiring day. It does wonders!

It’s impossible to inflate this ball properly. Tried a few times and there is no way to pinch the hole shot after blowing air into it and it deflates so much. It’s one soggy soft ball, waste of money
