This software is excellent - I now have a way to keep up with all my overseas stamps. Great product.

Don't waste your money on any stamp collecting software from Liberty Street. I purchased this software about a year ago. It takes up to 3-4 hours to load initially. Over the first six months, it crashed frequently causing me to reboot to clear it out. That is until November 2012 when it crashed upon opening. Since then, it won't even boot up. I've even uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. It still crashes upon opening. There is NO technical support via telephone. They do have a technical support site listing common issues and how to solve them, and an email address for you to send crash reports, etc. to them for them to debug, but don't hold your breath waiting to hear back from them. I've sent them six emails along with the requested reports and three months later, I am still waiting for a response of any kind from these people. Prospective buyers Beware! In my opinion, this is a ripoff!

This may be the best software to track a stamp collection but so far I'm not a fan. The program took hours (literally) to install, the user interface is clunky and non-intuitive, and there bugs that periodically crash the program. So far I've managed to log in 130 or so stamps and I've had to fight the stamp identification function the whole way -- including a mispelling of McKinley (McKinely). Also, the lack of a glossary and definitions is a minus for those not completely familiar with stamps. Perhaps I will learn to love this program but I rather doubt it.

Once I was finally able to get this up and going on my computer it has been great! I love being able to go through our many stamp books and have the data all in front of me. The reports and value reports are great for knowing what your collection is missing and for insurance purposes. We had a hard time getting it to load from the set up guide- we finally had to bypass that and just open the set up folder directly from the disk instead of the Auto Install. It took all day to load and then crashed, but somehow got fully loaded and functions great!It does exactly what I was after and pretty much is what it says. I was a bit disappointed with some of the catalogs for other countries that only went up to stamps in 1947.

I have been using this StampManage software for many years now and I have found it to be the best for keeping my collection in. I had tried other programs but they really never seemed to satisfy my needs, StampManage Deluxe 2014 worked out for me. For me this software is excellent.

This program does take a long time to load I suppose because of all the images. One problem with those images is that if you use Picasa all the stamp images will load into your album and you have to sort them so as to not interfere with your own pictures. This is an additional time consuming process. I only use three or four of the countries included and so it would be nice to be able to edit what is loaded.I have run into a snag with the program and need support. This is almost non-existent, there is no customer service line and when you use the e-mail to get support that address is apparently no longer supported. Ultimately you have to communicate with them through Amazon.It does take a long time to input your stamps, but this is because of the identification options that are available. You can really get some pretty discreet information into the program and I really don't mind since it's just spending some time with old friends.
