First time trying creatine. Not very soluble, but no idea if this is a characteristic of the chemical. However, if it is micronized, rightfully solubility should be superb. Also from those poor reviews of people using it before, creatine should be soluble.

Unfortunately it's a horrendous quality product and delivery process. Delivery first - for Australia they use Aramex - and these guys famously lie about their deliveries and attempts. I've a record of attempted delivery on public holiday 11:48PM. And it just a lie - there was no attempt, noone even called the door (doorbell records all unanswered attempts, duh, easy to see who is lying). When I called them next day why my product is on hold - support admitted that it was not even in their hands and that it was clearing customs. Product quality - you expect a powder, or at least something that is usable. Good luck with that. Either their storage or packaging or some manufacturing conditions were broken but all I got is a brick in a jar. So far I've spent 10 minutes trying to crack this brick in the can (so the fragments would stay in the jar at least) to no success. I got a supplement that can't be used or consumed. Because the product is non-refundable - it's a 100% waste of money. Find better providers with at least some control over product qualities.

Creatina pura , um pouco empedrada. Fiz o teste, coloca 1 medida num copo com água, se ficar transparente é verdadeira, e se ficar opaca , tipo leite é falsa. Mas realmente no fundo do copo ficaram poucos cristais, n dissolveram todos. N sei se outras marcas acontece isso tbm.

Recebi a creatina toda empedrada, sem condições de uso.
