Honeywell 18-Inch Dishwasher with 8 Place Settings, 6 Washing Programs, Stainless Steel Tub, UL & Energy Star Certified, Stainless Finish

Picked this dishwasher up on sale for a small kitchen remodel and have been really happy with it so far. It seems to be pretty good quality for the price and has worked great in the smaller kitchen it was installed in. It fits the space well without feeling undersized inside and still holds a decent amount of dishes. It cleans well, runs fairly quiet, and installation was pretty straightforward. We’ve been using it regularly for about 6 months now with no complaints or issues at all. So far it has been reliable and does exactly what we needed it to do.

I bought this unit on September 12, 2024. I was hesitant at first because it didn't seem to clean very well. then after a couple of cleaning sessions the cleaning seemed to improve. All the while this unit is very quite and barely audible when it is running. This AM I loaded it up and nothing. No response from the selector buttons. They are quite modern and have no tactile feel when pushing them, they "sense" your touching them. But this AM, they don't sense anything. Dead in the water. It is the SS version which matches my other appliances well. But now, it only looks good. If it turns out to be something simple, I will report that fact indeed. Until then, I am disappointed in this product.

This is a pretty good dishwasher for the money. It cleans pretty well. Out of laziness, I've thrown things in it that I didn't think would come clean, but they did. Things like pans and casseroles with baked-on gunk. Despite it's compact size, I can usually fit a meal's worth of dishes. It has held up for us over a year so far. I will sometimes go "wonky" and the lights will start cycling through the cycle options instead of starting the dishwasher. I think it's little memory gets full because if I trip the breaker and cut power to it for a few minutes, it starts back up and operates normally. Over all, I am glad I made this purchase.

Love this little machine - it’s super quiet and does a great job with getting the dishes clean. Installation was a little tricky - getting it set at into the proper depth to align with the cabinets. The bottom, at the toe kick, is recessed about an inch back compared to the base cabinets, but honestly it’s not a big deal, and this could be remedied with a custom-thickness toe kick built-out to align with the cabinets. Also, at the depth that mine is set, to be flush with the countertop edge, it’s impossible to see the digital display to see how much time is left on the cycle, but also not a big deal - just listen for the beep that signals the cycle’s end. Overall, this is such a great, compact dishwasher for the price - it can’t be beat! It looks very sleek and modern. Very pleased after almost a year since installation.

My Wife and I installed this in an 18” wide space previously occupied by a drawer next to our kitchen sink. She saw it in a Marriott TownSuite. It would be 5 stars and perfect but she had to Google an issue and then disassemble it and reverse an internal water valve that was inverted during assembly. (My wife is a Mechanical Engineer and a retired General Contractor.) She loves it now! ❤️

I love this little dishwasher. I’m so glad that it was finally installed. I felt like all I did going to my cottage was hand washed dishes now I can put them in the dishwasher and when it’s full, I run it so far this has been an amazing investment for me and the dishes have come out very clean. Definitely worth the money however, I do like a deal and waited until it was on sale before purchasing it.

I was really looking forward to receiving this Honeywell dishwasher. After purchasing an expensive GE dishwasher two years ago, it only lasted me two years. Honeywell has been around for years, known for great products, and was confident in this purchase. tried to justify many of the negative reviews being based on the 18 inch dishwasher, and I needed the 24 inch dishwasher. Installation was very straightforward, this was remove/replace dishwasher for me. It took me roughly 1 hour to do so. After completion, I give it the old test run. Within minutes after it filling, it immediately started beeping and gave an error 4 code. I turned it off, I removed the bottom panel, and started checking… the water hose, draining hose, underneath the sink, but nothing was wet. I stuck my hand underneath the dishwasher just to doublecheck, and my fingers were wet. I proceeded to shimmy the dishwasher out and sure enough there was a huge puddle of water coming from underneath the dishwasher. I could not believe what I was seeing. Complete disappointment from a Honeywell product. After starting a return, to find out they do not offer a UPS pick up by the third-party company, blows my mind. Now I have to figure out a way to get the dishwasher into my car because I do not have a truck and drive down to a UPS store to return it. This has been more of a hassle than anything. I expected better service coming from Amazon.

Only thing us the blue light blinking when washing doesn't stay solid. It doesn't stay solid til the cycles are over

Dishwasher is amazing. Delivery guy on the other hand was rude and wasn’t going to bring this large item into my apartment. I’m handicapped and this was unacceptable Very disappointed and so angry

Arrived with broken clip for top spinning sprayer. Shipping box was a little bit damaged at the bottom. The dishwasher had no scratches or dents. After opening the dishwasher I noticed a broken little piece of plastic laying on the door and the inside of the dishwasher was wet. Did the box get dropped really hard for this piece to be broken on the inside of the dishwasher? Who knows. I contacted Honeywell. No apologies what so ever. They keep requesting pictures, Order Number, serial number etc... After 4 days still nothing from Honeywell advising next step. Should I return this dishwasher, will they send someone to fix it, or send me the piece........

Good quality machine & the compact size is great for smaller space / renovations
