But this is not being used for the initial purpose intended... I m using a go pro 12 with the media mod but the c type does not activate mic on it... I had to use a 3.5mm so i bought another one from boya

I love it and it works good

The quality is decent, and the noise cancellation isn't bad (although it dampens your voice a bit) Works on android phones and on iPhone 15, but on older iPhones don't seem to work with it. I used what's supposed to be a good USB C to lightning adapter but it didn't work.

completamente encantado con este micrófono, hace poco tuve la oportunidad de probar un par de unos micrófonos parecidos pero de color negro y tengo que decir que este me ha gustado más sin duda por varias razones, la primera de todas las razones es que este micrófono se escucha muy, pero que muy bien se escucha muy nítido y apenas distorsiona a no ser que te lo pegues muchísimo, también un punto destacar muy positivo es la rotación de este mismo, ya que puedes rotar el micrófono para apuntar a diferentes direcciones, la calidad es muy decente y el micrófono carga muy rápido, por lo que es un gadget perfecto, por si lo que quieres es grabar por la calle, entrevistas, hacer vídeos y un largo etc., pero lo mejor de todo y lo que más me ha sorprendido es la puerta de ruido, tiene un silenciador de ruido de fondo que me parece una maravilla y qué funciona la perfección y no hace que tu voz se escuche rara. 🟢 Ventajas - La puerta de ruido es fantástica - El micrófono es muy bonito, y la calidad es muy decente No Se siente de un plástico malo - Se escucha súper nitido 🔴 Desventajas - El precio quizás es un poco elevado aunque el producto valga la pena ✔️ ¿Vale la pena? I teach mobile media creation, and while I already have a couple of other wireless mics, I was intrigued by this Boya mic as it is much more affordable (under $50). I will be posting a video shortly that allows you to evaluate the audio quality yourself. While it does not sound as good as my other wireless mics, for 1/3 - 1/4 the price, I was reasonably impressed. I have the Android version of this mic (BY-V10) that has a USB-C connector on the receiver and plugs directly into the charging port on newer Android devices. There is another model (BY-V1) that has a lightning connector for iOS devices. You can also opt for a kit that includes a second mic, which I would recommend if there is any chance you'll want to use this for interviews or other situations in which you have two audio sources. I hope that Boya will offer an option of getting just a second mic for those, like me, who got the single mic solution and would like add that second mic. The packaging is minimalistic and includes a mic (transmitter), receiver, USB-C charging cable, and small user guide. The mic has a built-in battery and USB-C port for charging it. It charges quickly lasts for at least 2-3 hours of recording, possibly much longer but I've not yet exhausted my first charge. The receiver draws its power from your phone so does not need to be charged. Using the mic couldn't be easier. Simply plug the receiver into the charging port on your phone, power on the mic (transmitter) with a quick press of its power button, and begin recording. Indicator lights on both the mic and receiver will be a steady blue letting you know they are connected. The receiver does have a power pass-thru port if you need to charge your phone will using the mic. What I love: affordable, simple to use, good battery life, decent audio quality, power pass-thru What I don't love: no audio-out port for monitoring the audio, no hardware-based controls for optimizing recorded audio (e.g. gain levels). I've only tried one other wireless mic at this price point and found it rather disappointing. This Boya mic provides decent audio at a great price point, making wireless recording accessible to just about everyone.

Excelente producto, antes de decidirme por esta opción, estaba cotizando opciones más caras creyendo que solo así tendría la mayor calidad. Si con esta opción que cuesta un 10% de lo que cuestan otras opciones de similar calidad. Ya lo usé un par de veces y no podía creer que solo es cuestión de conectar el receptor al teléfono para que se pueda usar el micrófono, no se requieren apps extras ni mucho menos. Yo subo recetas a redes y me encantó el sonido, la calidad y la disminución de ruido. Altamente recomendado!
