The proof of the pudding.....
is in the eating. I have been suffering from tennis elbow (tendonitis) for some months. Pain killers help to control it as do the purpose made straps. I read an article about collagen being a possible treatment. One tablet a day and after a week symptoms were subsiding and after 2 weeks i am almost back to normal. Got to be worth trying.

These tablets are great value compared to others in the collagen range . High strength and do make a difference to my over all well being I think as I noticed improvement in hair and skin. Only downside is that they are very large tablets so if you have trouble swallowing tablets then these may not be suitable for you.

I saw and felt the effects of this in a few days. I have knee pain which it helped a lot with.

Did nothing for me
Bought to help hair growth and health. It didn't do anything for my hair. Took the full month's course but no change in my hair.

I hoped these would work.
Sorry to say that I didn't notice any difference in anything after taking these tablets. No improvement in skin and no improvement in hip/ joint pain. Waste of time and money.
