The product is good. But the red color pen is not working..

I order this for my daughter she was so excited to see but sad part is it's very old and nothing is working no color are good sketch pens are not working I filled a water but it doesn't work it's a very bad products sellers are cheating by giving good picture but please dnt believe and buy instead please purchase it from local shops
