I have tried all the flavors from this company and this is the only really good one (the others are not very good). Unfortunately, it seems to run out of stock frequently.

I use a scoop of this every morning before I workout. It dissolves in water easily and tastes great. Love the clean ingredients. It gives me the strength and focus to get through early morning workouts.

I’ve gotten this preworkout multiple times in different flavors. The flavors are all great. I’ve found this to be my favorite pre-workout in terms of flavor and caffeine, and ingredients. I’m personally not looking for a crazy amount of caffeine in my pre-workout, so this is perfect for me. The fact that they meet GMP standards is also a huge plus.

Ok, so I wanted to wait a bit to write a review to give my full blown honest opinion. For reference I am 29 years old, 5'6 ft in height, 150 lbs in weight and I bought the pink lemonade flavor. I never drink coffee and caffeine actually makes me feel not the best so I was a little nervous trying this; because of this I knew I was not going to use the full scoop. I used half the 1st time but even that was a bit too much, it made me feel tingly and it lasted until I got to work. I wake up at 5am to workout and finish by 6am-6:30am and I get to work around 8am and I was still feeling it up until maybe 11am. I started taking a little less than half the scoop with 1/4 bottle of water and IT WAS PERFECT! No tingly sensation, literally just woke me up and made me feel super energized and made my workout feel amazing! It's currently 8:46am and I don't feel it anymore so I'll definitely be taking the same dosage from now on! I recommend 100% for all the girlies who need a little boost and don't normally ingest any kind of caffeine! 8/10! I wouldn't really change anything about it since you yourself can control how much you take to have the effect you want. If you feel it too much, just use less. It really does work and it's fursure worth the money and tastes amazeeeeeen!

I have been drinking strawberry lemonade pre-work outs for over a decade now. I have tried many brands, and I am always looking for more for my rotation, as I always end up getting used to it and it no longer affects me. First thought, right out of the gate: It tastes AWFUL. There is a strong chemical taste which does not resemble lemonade at all. So much so, I almost threw it away. It is the second worst in regards to flavor I have ever had. Thankfully, the skin tingle is moderate and is not over the top, like Beach Body. The energy kicks in within a decent amount of time and fades away slowly, allowing me to go to sleep at night, or it would have gotten a much worse review. I am glad I got it on sale, however even on sale, I would not buy again or recommend to my friends. If you find it at a great price and you are desperate, it will do. Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere.
