The design could be better if you could adjust both sides. You can only pull one side out so you're left with a long tail on one side and the bunching a little off on the other. Despite that, these work well enough that I can wear my pre pregnancy pants under my 25 week belly. My maternity shirts and tank tops cover the sore sight so they'll do for now.

Prefer to buy maternity pants
These work but I personally didnt like them. The flap will come out of your pants so you just have this flap out and you dont know until you look down. Seemed no matter how tight I made it also that my pants just kept falling down.

It's great for a short time
It's nice to be able to wear with my pants as my belly grows, but how the button is it touches my skin and that isn't too comfortable. I just wear a tank top underneath and tuck it in. I don't like wearing it for long periods of time, like at work. I feel it's better while running errands or just going out with friends.

Seems like something you'd use more often, but unfortunately they look horrible when on. And not to mention you'll constantly be tucking in that extra piece of material!

Does not have multilevel adjustment for buttons. May be more valuable in the 3rd trimester but wayyyyy to loose for first snd second.

It was well worth every penny!
I must say it was well worth every penny! Due to my first trimester, I was already getting uncomfortable in my work pants and jeans, and having to buy new clothes. This little item extended the life of my wardrobe and saved a lot money for me. So happy with the purchase!
