these seem to do the job perfect, great price too. dont put normal iso valves on c/h systems as they restrict the flow to each rad. These full bore jobbies are just the trick and cheap at £26 for ten.

I'm using these for isolating my central heating radiators. Since I'm not a professional, it means I can get the system back on before I've fitted the radiators, just cut into the pipe run, pop these nicely made compression fitting, and Bobs your uncle, plumb in the radiators at my leisure, without draining the system again. Great when I had to refit one radiator twice.... I've used smaller bore valves one time, but it does limit the flow enough to affect the heat output.They also don't leak when they are actuated, which is more than I can say for others I've used, which leaked profusely from the screw.

Valves were not full bore as advertised, however seller refunded immediately, still very inconvenient as was needed in a hurry and had to go to UPS collection point
