I’m really impressed with this office chair—it looks clean and professional while being super comfortable. The cushion is thick and supportive, making long hours of sitting much easier on the body. It is wider than I thought so that was plus for people with heavy body. I love the breathable mesh back and smooth swivel, plus the armrests and recline add extra comfort. Assembly was quick and it would be faster if second person would help, and overall it feels sturdy, durable, and totally worth it.

This is a fantastic chair. I use it for my home office when I work from home and it is absolutely perfect for that. I have an office job where I am required to sit at my desk for 9 hours a day so it is very important to have a good desk chair. It’s very comfortable and sturdy. I have a lot of back problems and I have no issues at all even after sitting in the chair all day long. It was surprisingly easy to assemble. It took me maybe 10 minutes. The kit came with all the required tools in order to assemble and was very very easy. It clearly has very high quality material that I can tell will be very durable and last for a long time. I always worry about these kind of chairs not rolling around very well but that’s not the case with this chair. All in all, this is a very good chair for the price.

Pros: Seat is comfortable & the seat back is cool. There is an adjustable lumbar support on the seat back. Arm rests are nicely padded, and I really like their fold back feature. They are at a comfortable height for me. The chair rolls smoothly, and the legs are long & distribute the weight of the chair on the floor more evenly. Cons: The seat is too short, and you cannot adjust the depth of the seat back, i.e., move it further back from the seat, to compensate. You cannot lock the tilt feature in place, and the arm rests are fixed & can't be raised or lowered. But assembly is the very worst I've encountered! None of the surfaces readily align, and some of the pieces are heavy (for me), and the large ones are very awkward to handle. I recommend having 2 people do this, with one holding the parts in position. Also, step 3 being particularly difficult for me, I went back and disassembled the parts in step 2. I HIGHLY recommend you do step 3 before step 2, as it makes both easier, esp step 2.

This is an very inexpensive uncomfortable chair. Poor Quality, within the first week the fake leather arm on the right side started to peal off from it rubbing against the chair as it rubs when you flip it up. The "bolster" support isn't adjustable, as the chair gets older and the back gets stretched out you feel the hard plastic piece digging in your back. That said the chair is very stable under my 250lbs, the height adjustment works and holds. The bottom padding has held up ok for 6 months... But I wouldn't expect it to last more than a year. After 6 months of ownership my chair is trash because of the poor quality backing that has relaxed so much that the hard plastic bolster is causing back pain.

This office chair came inside one big box that was very well packaged and assembly was very easy using provided assembly manual and tool. Once assembled, the base is very sturdy yet the wheels roll very smoothly and I love the mesh back that allow air flows so my back doesn't get hot when sitting on this chair for very long time. The contour seat cushion is very comfortable and feels very high end. I also appreciate that arm rests can be folded back when not in use so that the chair can be pushed all the way under the desk. There's a tension control knob on the bottom and a bar that can raise or lower the seat or lock/unlock the tilt function. Overall, this is as good as it can get for an office chair without having to go to the furniture store to grab it. Love it!

excellente chaise même pour les personnes de très forte taille. Les bords du siège en étant légèrement surélevés, il se pourrait que, si vous avez de très larges cuisses, vous ayez un peu de difficulté pour la circulation sanguine, mais ce n'est pas du tout inconfortable. La personne qui l'utilise chez-moi est de très forte taille et l'adore. Son mal de dos est disparu et elle peut travailler plusieurs heures assise tout en étant très confortable.

After less than one year, the arm rest snapped on this chair. When I attempted to contact the seller to obtain a replacement part, I was directed to Amazon support (regardless of which support option I chose). The Amazon support person would then refer me back to a link to 'contact the seller', which would then loop me back to Amazon support.
