The Bonsai Tree didn’t take too long to arrive and with all delicate items, it came well packed and secured as so the compost / clay didn’t fall all over the box when being help upside down. So you can be assured, this company knows how to pack them.You get, the Bonsai Tree, a Clay Pot / Dish in which it sits and a Clay Drip Tray which their picture doesn’t show you. “Nice Touch”I did do a slight clipping to the leaves to get it back to shape which took all of 2 minutes.There are also plenty of videos on how to prune this exact tree on youtube, so you can’t go wrong there and of course you have the instructions that come with the tree to get you started.For me, this Bonsai Tree sets the shelf of beautifully and is sure to be a comment piece when people come into the house.I have to give it an all-round 10 / 10. Im pleased with it.

My first Bonsai was a present, and I killed it (not purposely Honest).This was a replacement for the poor dead plant! It looks great and a good replacement for the original. Being extra careful with looking after this one (should say my wife is) so fingers crossed the original giver doesn't spot the change.

I bought this for my mother. It was extremely well packed, arrived in perfect condition, and has not lost a single leaf since delivery. She is very very pleased with it, a nice shape and leaf growth has been quite vigorous. Would heartily recommend !!

Arrived in need of immediate attention. It had been poorly potted and the roots were far too long. I have had to re-pot it with appropriate soil. It’ll survive though so is ok value for money.

Its not always good to buy something like this online as you are likely to be a little disappointed with what turns up and due to the cost of return normally you settle for second best, Not so with this tree and from this seller, it arrived In as large enough box not surrounded by loads of polystyrene nuts but simply strapped to the side of the box with the pot wrapped to stop any loss of earth, the drip plate was wrapped in bubble wrap and also strapped to the box, allowing the tree to have a current of air simple but effective.The tree its self has arrived looking very healthy and of a good size, I have no doubt that this tree may shed some leaves to start with but I look forward to a a happy long lasting tree it was certainly sent with 48 hr post with that in mind. I really am Knocked out with this tree.

Exactly as described. The tree arrived beautifully packed. As warned, leaf-fall occurred in the weeks following its arrival but by following the instructions the tree stabilized and is now growing vigorously, and in fact will be getting trim shortly. The growers are a family firm who clearly care about their products and their customers. You'll be in god hands!

I have just received a box in which the Bonsai tree was rattling around inside. An attempt had apparently been made to cable-tie the base to the end of the box but the weight of the item had presumably torn the cable ties through cardboard in transit. As a result some branches were damaged. In addition the foliage was not as dense as in the main picture in the listing, some leaves are yellow instead of the uniform green shown in the photo, and the ends of a couple of brannches including some leaves had been trapped under some cling film that was wrapped around the base. Very disappointed at the lack of care by the supplier in wraping and packing the item, and as a result overall very poor value for the price. Time will tell whether it survives and picks up in growth, in which case I might upgrade my review to two stars.

This is the first Bonsai tree I have bought online. It was very nearly a disaster.One end of the box had got wet in transit and I opened it to find the tree rattling about inside. The cable ties that held it down had torn through the damp cardboard. However, by some miracle, the tree was hardly damaged - just a couple of branches broken near their ends. A narrow escape indeed.The tree itself has been fine. It has dropped hardly any leaves and and is growing vigorously, with a good shape and colour to it. This would have been a five-star review if it hadn't been for the packaging problem. Please look into this, Bonsai2u, as the outcome could well have been much worse.
