CAP: NOT SO MUCH… - This conditioner has been my ‘go to’ for many years, after having tried others that were a bit too ‘greasy’ for my needs. The seller did a good job of getting the product shipped within 24hours, and got it to me from east to west coast slightly earlier than forecast, which I appreciated greatly. My only disappointment has been the rocker lid in the bottle’s cap. It dislodged completely when I first pressed down on it and will not ‘snap’ back into place as with most such engineered caps. The bottle is plastic (ugh!) but was well padded in shipping and although there was no discernible damage to the cap itself when opened, it nonetheless is unusable in the normal design sense which may make dispensing difficult and product protection somewhat nullified. Again, great product…good seller…poorly designed and ‘functioning’ cap. Let’s hope that my experience is a ‘one off’.
