Horse exercise machine
Bought this to help improve my balance issues and rebuild my strength in my back and legs. It does exactly that. Has 3 x programs or you can set your own pace. My disability stopped me from going horse riding so this also gives me a little reminder. That is when I can get my husband off it. It also has a timer and counts the calories you burn. All this sat on it while watching tv. Highly recommend this all over body work out
