It is well built and the handle is safe to the touch even after the pot is filled with hot water. My only gripe is the pot is fairly small and can only brew a tea in small batches at a time. Be mindful when ordering.

It's so beautiful I want to invite strangers in for tea! The one that my wife dropped and smashed was too small anyway. I dropped this one on the floor and told her she can kick it if she wants because this one will never break.
