While I'm not a lipstick connoisseur, I've been a little obsessed lately with trying different formulas & finding colors I like. I've been focusing on using lip products to feel like I'm "put together," even when I'm just running errands. I rarely leave the house without something on my lips. I do it for me & how it makes me feel. :) This is the kind of "holy grail" product I look for. It glides on smoothly without any drag, and once the creamy formula dries, it feels like I'm wearing nothing at all. Plus it's in the price range I like - under $10. A few notes: Out of curiosity, I wore this overnight and it still looks decent in the morning. A bit more subtle than when it was freshly applied, but it looks natural and not blotchy. That's a big plus. It's matte, and while it doesn't feel dry it does tend to show my lip lines, so I tried it with a gloss on top and that obviously affected its longevity. I expected that & consider that normal. I applied it over my whole lips, not just as a liner. It worked well. I didn't use a lot, just kind of smudged it around with my finger, to give it that subtly-colored look I like for casual outings. I really just wanted to see the color, how it felt, and if it would last. I was pleased. The color... Other reviewers are right, the swatch photos aren't quite accurate, so I hope to see more reviews with better color info, or maybe updated swatch photos from Lamel. To me the actual product has slightly more peachy notes in it than what I see in the swatch photos. The swatches look more like a deep rose brown and this looks more like maybe a brick red brown to me. I like it though, & could see wearing it pretty regularly, especially in situations where I won't want to re-apply my lips. Overall, I like it and could see trying other colors, especially at this price point.

Great liner! It is simple to use, I can line my lips in a matter of seconds. The color is very pigmented and looks great! I sometimes fill my whole lip and just put a gloss over it. It’s moisturizing. I usually have issues with liners and lipsticks making my lips as dry as the Sahara, but this doesn’t. It covers well, there are no breaks in the lines when I use it. I think it’s a great buy! I also got an iced coffee and it stayed on, I just had to reapply my lip oil

Overall, I love the versatility of the, the coverage and the formula of this lip liner. I am looking forward to trying out more of the different colors they have to offer.

Lamel Gel Lip Liner Pencil is gorgeous. I love the color Ruby Red. It makes your teeth look whiter. It stays on really well and didn’t dry out my lips. I added gloss to make it shiny. The lip liner was soft and gentle on my lips and offered good coverage. It was easy to sharpen and seems like really good quality.

Lately I've been using the peel-off viral lipliners, and can't quite settle on which shade is best for me, and also they're a lot harder to control than a lip pencil. I also don't own many lipliners, and need some more, so I thought I'd see if any of these worked for me. I ended up going with "Chilli" hoping it was at the intersection for pinker lips but brown enough to just wear with a gloss. Unfortunately it is more of a brick red-brown with a lot more red in it. I can't say it's bad because with the right lip combo it would look great, and I like a good red lip, it just wasn't personally what I was looking for. I think the shade pictures could be a little more accurate. All their formulas seem very buttery and pleasant feeling going on, so I did struggle with control a bit putting it on, but I think that's a skill issue on my part, or just possibly something you should know if you buy this....it might be more precise if you sharpen it. I also put it on and immediately drank and ate something. It's still trying to hang in there, a little smudged but still on, so I guess it has pretty decent staying power, and may just need some touch ups or setting spray to help. Overall good for the price.

Best lip liner ever stays on all day even after eating n kissing my husband. Still there after a long days work. I will NEVER go to another lip liner. Jus wish there was more colors.

good, the color i got was lighter then the picture, it’s not sticky, very creamy and can blend well, after setting it doesn’t move it has such good coverage and color the size is like any other lip liner it seems good for its price

This lip liner is very creamy and feels nice on. It also looks very nice but not super true to color. I expected more of a nude shade.

Für meine empfindliche und zu Allergien neigenden Haut bin ich total begeistert, weil ich wie andere Produkte von Lamel auch den Pen so gut vertrage. Die Farbe ich heller als abgebildet, aber trotzdem schön. Haltbarkeit ist gegeben, aber nicht den ganzen Tag und nach zweimal Essen ist die Farbe auch ab. Ich werde noch mehr Farben kaufen.

It is very light and peachy color only suitable for fair to medium skin tones

Well colour pay off is good. As this one is a gel formula, glides real smooth. But its not long lasting beacuse of its creaminess.
