Great product. I unfortunately found out about these the hard way. Started new medication and had severe nose bleed. Went to E R , Dr said to pinch till stopped. Meanwhile went through box of tissues and half a roll of bounty. Told my daughter a nurse,she told me about these, I ordered got fast used and they worked GREAT.

Pricey, but 100% worth it. $1.75-$2 per unit. When you have blood shooting everywhere, plugging AND HEALING the bleeding ASAP is worth less than an energy drink / expressway toll. I bought these in January 2025 thinking I'd need them right Around the month of purchase. But I didn't need them, and almost forgot I had them going on 17 months. And then today , out of nowhere, I had blood shooting out of my nose. Definitely the biggest nosebleed of my entire life. Thankfully I was in the bathroom, and had these Nosepons within reach. After replacing 2-3 blood soaked cotton balls + toilet paper plugs and getting things under control. I blew my nose to expel the clutter while reading the Nosepon box instructions. Following the simple 3 step instructions, I inserted my very first Nampon. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes as directed. WORKED WITHIN MINUTES. You don't even have to plug the nasal cavity 100% with the Nosepon. You just insert the device into the nose just far enough. And after 10-15 minutes, I removed the Nosepon. Only 1/3rd soaked. BLEEDING HAD STOPPED. No Reopening of the clot which is typical of cotton balls, toilet paper and Kleenex. I inserted a second Nosepon, not realizing how effective just one Nosepon would be. The second unit wasn't necessary. I can't think of ever having such a FAST & EASY result with prior nose bleeding. It's usually a 2 hour ordeal of cotton balls, laying down with the head tilted back. Instead of lying down, I was loading the dishwasher, crawling around on the floor cleaning up the bloody mess all over the bathroom. All things considered, $1.75-$2 per Nosepon is definitely one is the best deals I've scored on anything anywhere. I'm now planning to one in my wallet for the gym, one in the car, etc. While messy, My incident as described is a lucky accident - just happening to be in the bathroom. And in the bathroom as my unopened box of Nosepons of all places. Hopefully I don't have frequently enough nosebleeds to warrant purchasing more than the box I purchased. But I'm continually wild with how quickly I went from a bloodbath to 100% clotted and healed.

We get frequent minor nosebleeds, and the occasional more severe or extensive ones, i.e. drips everywhere or lasts >20 minutes. For the latter cases, toilet paper is pretty much useless, so I decided to try these Nampons. WOW, one in and that's pretty much it. It will soak up blood and swell up, and usually the slight pressure and whatever coating on it is enough to stop the bleeding. The major plus side is the non-stick surface (I try not to think too hard about what it is), so when you pull the Nampon out, it *doesn't* leave residue behind or pull out the clog and restart the bleeding. These things are pricey, but if you've dealt with heavy bleeds, you will find that it's worth the money. They are individually foiled wrapped so can be easily packed and won't get accidently wet.
