It’s about 1 inch too short to completely cover the filter. Shorter than the cover that came with the original order.

I saw the other reviews and hoped they just got sent the wrong item. It doesn't fit the product you sell. Did I just spend 200$ on something you are making obsolete? The filter works great. I have the 311. I just replaced the HEPA filter which states 311 and fits well. I bought the fabric covering as well so I could wash one and use one. It is 4 inches too small. It won't even go on. It states that it is a 311. So am I never going to be able to purchase anything else for this unit, what a waste. Definitely not recommending it now. Seriously, your manufacturing is off--fix it. This fabric is 12 inches long. the machine exposed area is almost 14 and then an inch or so tucks in at the top and the bottom. The photo is the fabric laid over a used Hepa filter showing how much sticks out and would not be covered.

This cover is nice looking, and wide enough for the 311. But, it's not tall enough. There's no way to position it that it doesn't show some of the filter, which doesn't look nice. I wouldn't have ordered had I known this.

This is too small for our filter therefore it looks awful. Disappointed.

Why are there zero alternatives to this very simple sleeve? I bought it knowing it was my only option but I even regret the $11 I spent since it does not fit and looks awful. I’d rather use the original that my cats poked holes in. Blueair needs to fix this, how embarrassing for them

I got this to alternate covers while washing the other. You can kinda see the one I have that came with the air filter and how nicely it covers the filter. Whereas this one doesn’t fit at all. It is way too small! Even the Velcro section itself was made too small so it doesn’t cover itself. Idk I like the fabric, but the quality is super questionable

I This cover does NOT fit the 311 Blueair machine!! I am baffled as to how it can be sold by the company itself when it is at least an inch shorter than the machine!! DO NOT BUY!!

I wish I would have seen the reviews. I figured it was legit since it’s from the company. This does not fit the unit at all. Mine is about 5 inches too short. I double checked the model number too.
