It’s very durable and gets you sweating, it’s very snug and tight so the size I should’ve went up on it. Good value for the price though.

It runs extremely small. I went according to their size chart, which actually was according to the size I normally wear, but when I impeded the product. It was way to small for me to even try on & there is no stretch in it.

Makes me sweat like crazy. I always wear it under my gym clothes. I had to remove my shirt in this video because I wanted to actually show how it looks like on me since I’m a bigger girl. It does work, makes you sweat a lot more around your belly area. I don’t wear it to look good lol since it’s kinda taking your stomach and make it into a ball like squeezing it a little which I like. When wearing it, if you’re not use to it it’ll be a little uncomfortable at first. So keep that in mind. I work out 5 to 6 days a week and I’ve had this for more than a month now and it still works fine.

It feels like I’m melting

I got a Large/Extra Large and honeyyyy I was fighting for my life to get into it I say do up a size if you are aren't sure but oh well with the weight loss I'm doing sooner or later I fit.

Definitely makes you sweat! I do like to wear it to help me sweat around that area. I feel lighter when I take it off. Sometimes I wear it around while I’m cleaning or doing yard work. The fit worked fine for me. No irritation, breathable, easy to put on and take off. I usually let it air dry and use it for a few uses before I wash. I wash and dry with other dark clothing and have never had an issue.

Very bad ,no sweat comes and it folds and becomes a hairband kind on your waist,

The only reason I gave it 2 stars. I purchased the 3 CC l.doesnt fit well. Very tight not true too size so beware. I cut it half instead of returning it.
