Works good, a little noisy at times but not too much to annoy, nice compact size

Great little chiller, fits perfectly on our motorhome counter and keeps our wine at the perfect temperature. We added hand towels between the bottles to keep them from rattling while traveling.

Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY. Find a different company. I and many other customers have experienced the same issues. Motor gets really loud and then motor goes out. Unit no longer cools. Took all precautions to make sure it had plenty of air ventilation and no dust, hair or debris in the fan grill. Seems like these might last around 1 to 1.5 years at most before they go out. Customer service provides no help and does not back up the warranty even though its within the 2 years.

After unboxing we left it setting alone a little prior to plugging in. Has some tape inside holding shelves. Our unit did have the sound issue that others have mentioned. But opened door removed 2 screws in the back top above thermostat. Pulled the small panel forward and wires were behind fan. Pushed wires to side, put fan panel back with screws and it now is running good and very quiet.

Have had this since March of this year. It has worked flawlessly. Quiet! Efficient. Looks nice, clean. Small footprint

Stop cooling after a year and a half.

I have had this fridge for about a month now and so wanted to wait on the review. It's a great little cooler and looks very good in the space. It isn't great at handling the very long bottles or fat ones unless you put them on the 2 bottom display shelves so limited capacity for those. A couple cautions they don't really tell you about. Most people get a small wine fridge to stick in a tight space, like I did, and don't want it sticking out etc... They recommend 6" clearance on the back and 4" on the sides so that kind of defeats the general purpose of this type of cooler in my opinion. The consequences are, from what I have noticed, is the temperature can fluctuate greatly. Like I have it set to 44 F and I have seen it go up to 57 F and it eventually goes back down. I also had to use support because my Fahrenheit display went to Celsius and the instructions said to hold down the settings button for 2 seconds to switch between C and F but did nothing. Newair support is really pretty excellent in this regard as they offer a chat feature and I was able to figure out through support that the instructions were wrong and you press the settings to unlock and then press the light button to switch between C and F. Other than the requirement for clearance it's a good looking cooler and I have been pleased with their support and the product.

So I took and put a dehumidifier on an inkbird controller stuffed that in this bad boy and it now gets used as a diy cannatrol and it works great recommend to all it holds temperature and humidity perfectly. Now you can’t fit a crazy amount in here but you can definitely get a pound or so in there if you switch the racks. But non the less a great conversion starter when you crack it open for guests
