I have a makita PT345D are these compatible with this nailer i have 18g brads that dont fit

I have a Ryobi 18g nailer and they fit that?

Are these pins compatible with the grex 23g piners

I couldn't be 100% sure about your specific make of Pin Nailer, however these are for a 23 Gauge and as your Grex is a 23g it should be fine! We used these for a big stage build project and they fired true every time unlike some of the cheaper brands. In fact I might go as far as to say that we will only buy Makita because of its reliability in our experience. In summary if your Nailer says its a 23g then these will work.
