Bought it for myself for my birthday. Love it!!
You should change the picture cuz it's a bit misleading. Makes you think it comes with the golden rack. I love mine without it. Think hanging it might decrease its life. I use mine almost everyday and it's held up great. Tea time is one of my favorite parts ofy day and I have allowed my children to join in. It's because our one on one time. Love the color!

UPDATE: I was wrong, there was contact information for them in the box. I found it after I left my review. I contacted them and they got back to me right away and immediately shipped out replacements for the pieces I wasn't happy with. GREAT customer service!!! This tea set is so beautiful. I would have really loved it if it hadn't come broken. I tried to find someone to reach out to to replace the broken cups, but there is nowhere to reach out to the seller. Amazon wants me to return the whole set, but I do not have a car and do not have a way to return it. What a bummer.

Heel tevreden maar ik mis het gouden mandje waar de tasjes en de bordjes met suikerpotten en roomkannetje kan in opbergen. Een heel mooi, romantisch en degelijk servies….ik spaar verder voor de andere borden
