Excellent quality cinnamon with amazing health benefits. It is not as strong as cassia cinnamon and has a more subtle, slightly sweeter taste but this is perfect for adding to oatmeal, coffee etc. If you are thinking of using cinnamon as an aid to a healthier lifestyle be sure and use the Ceylon (True) cinnamon as the cassia cinnamon as found in supermarkets cannot be taken in large quantities as it has been known to cause liver problems. I use one teaspoon of this pure cinnamon daily on my oatmeal and also sprinkle this in coffee. Check out the health benefits online, you will be amazed. I will most definitely be ordering more of this at a later date.

so, i love trying new foods and suppliers...this one is a winner. I had some from sainsburys already which hasnt been touched since i purchased this. i buy a speciality sugar and blend this with the sugar then use on mini popover pancakes.....missus is addicted.

This is the real deal, organic cinnamon from Sri Lanka. It's not as strong tasting or smelling as cassia cinnamon but doesn't contain the harmful coumarin, either. Great in coffee, hot chocolate

I like to put Cinnamon into hot water with lemon. This Cinnamon dissolves perfectly leaving no gritty / dusty bits like other Cinnamon powders I have ordered, this one is smooth & mild & one of the nicest I have had.
