I have used this in baking cookies and sweat bread and in making powdered coffee creamer. It is very good. The taste is just like using cane sugar.

I am going to use this so far, it’s been good for my drinks as a great substitute to sugar but I will leave an update later if it works well for teeth!

This birch sourced xylitol is excellent for hot & cold beverages, baking & for oral health in DIY toothpaste & for mouth rinsing. I've purchased several brands of xylitol however this one proves superior; especially since it's non-gmo, from birch wood & not corn.

I've been eating them now for a few years - maybe four to six a day. Caution: The package warns not to eat too many in a day. I've also been told that it's bad for animals.

It was important to me that I have the xylitol from the Birch tree. This is a superior product and I just put it in my magic bullet or a coffee grinder to grind it up very fine and it then makes a perfect icing sugar that's good for your teeth.... mixed with unsweetened cocoa, you get the magnesium from the cocoa plus the sweetness of sugar ( xylitol) which is actually good for your teeth and gums..... so combined with the fact that this xylitol does not come from corn but is a derivative of the bark from the birch tree.....this is a great way to get nutrition into the tastes amazing who says you can't have your cake and eat it too

Of all the brands that I have tried, this is the best! No aftertaste and it tastes like sugar.

I like it because it sweetens like sugar, it has no aftertaste, and has a low GI.
